I am an experienced organizational consultant, with a passion for developing high-performing and engaged leaders, designing and delivering learning & development programs, and driving change in fast-paced environments.

I have a master’s degree in organizational psychology, teach at the Langara School of Management, and am an executive (and past president) of the BC Chapter of the American Marketing Association.
