About Christian Westin

Christian holds a master’s degree in Organizational Psychology from Adler University, focusing on organizational development, strategic change management, and leadership. He has been a practicing organizational consultant since 2014, working primarily in the areas of executive assessment and leadership development, organizational system design, and workplace learning.
He is a leading expert in the measure and implementation of compassion in organizations, and how compassionate leadership impacts key results like performance, engagement, and retention.
Christian is an instructor and business competition coach at the Langara School of Management, and is a mentor for the Greater Vancouver Board of Trade’s Leaders of Tomorrow Program.
Christian is also a member of the executive, and former president of the BC Chapter of the American Marketing Association. He co-founded BCAMA’s Level Up Mentorship Program, which pairs experienced senior leaders with middle managers wanting to break through to the Director/VP level.
